Position: Lead Software Developer

Job Location: Dataquest Corp. 3322 US Highway 22, Suite 1001, Branchburg, NJ 08876 and various unanticipated locations throughout the US. The candidate may be required to relocate to various unanticipated client locations throughout the US.

Position: PERMANENT, FULL TIME, 40 HRS/WK. 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the team in development, creation, and modification of customized software applications using Spring, Boot, Hibernate, Unity, gitlab and Postman; Work with programmers to convert functional specifications into technical specifications; Oversee implementation of back-end software components to deliver a robust, efficient, and secure software system; Monitor implementation of industry coding standards to ensure project compliance and maintainability; Recommend software enhancements for existing programs to improve functionality and performance; Oversee system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure application reliability and user satisfaction; Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering skill development and promote best practices within the team.

Requirements: Minimum Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Engineering (any field) and 2 years of experience as Software Developer or Software Engineer. Experience must include 1 years of experience in implementing back-end software components, and using technologies such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, Unity, gitlab and Postman.
